Orders will be posted Mondays & Thursdays

Orders are usually dispatched from our Pentland warehouse within 3-5 business days. Orders with customisations may take longer. We have no control over how long Australia Post will take with delivering your order. 

• Orders under $800 are sent EXPRESS post rate $15
• Orders over $800 are sent via FREE standard shipping
  

All orders are shipped using Australia Post with a tracking reference emailed to you once your order has been shipped.

OVERSEES SHIPPING- Please note, customers will need to pay tarrif costs once items land in your country.

What do I do if I enter the wrong address? 

If you enter the wrong address, please contact us ASAP by emailing admin@pennaco.com.au. If we haven't sent your parcel yet, we can easily change your address.

JB UHF Harnesses cannot be held responsible for any delays with Australia Post as these are outside of our control. JB UHF Harnesses is not liable for lost or stolen shipments so please ensure you nominate a secure delivery address. If any packages are returned to us as a result of an incorrect address, you will be liable for any additional shipping costs to have the product shipped again.
