SHIPPING

Orders are usually dispatched from our Charters Towers warehouse within 1-2 business days. Orders with customisations may take longer and we will let you know.

Orders over $500 are sent via FREE standard shipping
Orders under $500 are sent standard post for a flat rate of $10.00

All orders are shipped using Australia Post with a tracking reference emailed to you once your order has been shipped.

What do I do if I enter the wrong address?

If you enter the wrong address, please contact us ASAP by emailing judy@jbuhf.com.au. If we haven't sent your parcel yet, we can easily change your address.

Important

JB UHF Harnesses cannot be held responsible for any delays with Australia Post as these are outside of our control. JB UHF Harnesses is not liable for lost or stolen shipments so please ensure you nominate a secure delivery address. If any packages are returned to us as a result of an incorrect address, you will be liable for any additional shipping costs to have the product shipped again.
